~Students, please get your student parking pass in the main office. You must have a pass to park in the high school lot. 

 

~Students, this is a reminder that you must have written or phone permission to leave the school. Your parent or guardian must use the website or the absence line to give their permission BEFORE  you can leave the building.

 

~Any student playing sports: if you have equipment that will not fit in your locker, please drop them off at the safety attendants office after 7:30 am. for storage.

(9/18)  Attention Students:

Please check the list of names by Graduating Class posted on the windows of the main office.  These lists will be used for nominations for this year's Homecoming Court. We want to make sure everyone is included under the appropriate class list.

If you can't find your name, or if it's on the wrong list, please see Mrs. Littleton or Mrs. Lofton for corrections.

(9/22)  This Friday’s football game is vs mason. The  theme is blackout. Show some love and support our seniors on senior night.

(9/27)  Attention all Juniors:The class of 2024 Raffle Fundraiser for your Senior Party needs your help. In order to raise as much money as possible, we invite all Juniors to sell a minimum of 10 raffle tickets. Winners will be announced at the Homecoming Game on September 30th. If you have not received your ticket packet, please see Mrs. Fisher in Room 307. Reminder that all money and unsold tickets must be returned during specific return dates and time listed in the packet. The next return date is Tuesday, September 27th during lunches and from 4-6 pm near the student entrance.

(9/19)The Haslett girls’ cross country team finished 16th and the boys team finished 21st in the bronze division at the Spartan Invitational at Michigan State on Friday.

On the girls’ side, senior Lauren Hunter finished 8th overall with a time of 20:09, followed by junior Dora Henry at 21:03, freshman Abby Russell at 23:07, sophomore Dani Tepe at 24:35 and junior Caroline Flynn at 25:09.

Junior Nate Carmody led the boys’ team in 7th place overall with a time of 16:49, followed by junior Jack Weichel at 21:19, junior Gideon Kwilinski with a 21:35, junior Ian Claassens with a 21: 36, senior Tom Wawrzitz with a 24:08, freshman Cameron Swope at 24:22 and freshman Major Brecheisen with a 27:28.

Come watch the Vikings cross country team this Tuesday in their lone home meet of the season. The boys race begins at 5pm and the girls race follows at 5:40pm.

Congratulations to the Haslett Girls Varsity golf team for finishing in first place Friday at a 19-team tournament at The Coldwater Country Club. Sydney Dausman was the medalist and Mina Yoo finished in the top 10.  Then on Monday the girls finished in second place at the CAAC Open at East Lansing, Mina Yoo finished in second place overall and Sydney Dausman in fourth.  Great job girls.
