~Students, please get your student parking pass in the main office. You must have a pass to park in the high school lot. 

 

~Students, this is a reminder that you must have written or phone permission to leave the school. Your parent or guardian must use the website or the absence line to give their permission BEFORE  you can leave the building.

~Any student playing sports: if you have equipment that will not fit in your locker, please drop them off at the safety attendants office after 7:30 am. for storage. 

 

9/7) Seniors: We will be having a senior class meeting on Thursday, Sept 8th at 7:30am in Mrs. Burns' room. We will be planning our float building for homecoming. Please stop by for more information!

 

(9/6) SAGA will be meeting in Mrs. Burns room #408 today after school.

 

5-13th)  Attention all Juniors:

The class of 2024 is having a Raffle Fundraiser for your Senior All-Night Party. In order to raise as much money as possible, we invite all Juniors to sell a minimum of 10 raffle tickets. Winners will be announced at the Homecoming Game on September 30th. If you have not received your ticket packet, please see Mrs. Fisher in Room 307. Reminder that all money and unsold tickets must be returned during specific return dates and time listed in the packet. The next return date is Tuesday, September 13th during lunches and from 4-6 pm near the student entrance. 

 

Art Club will be meeting after school today in Fre. Fletcher's room. 

 

Key Club will be meeting on Thursday at 7:15 in Mrs. Cox room

 

Saga will be meeting in room 405 after school today

 

Sophomore class will be meeting today during A and B lunch in Mrs. Littleton’s room for homecoming dance prep.

 

(9/9) On Friday, seniors who want to participate in Paint Wars before the game need to be at the picnic tables by the baseball field no later than 530. Just a reminder- no loose paint is allowed in the stadium, so if you're participating, paint before the game. Seniors who want to participate need to bring washable paint with them on Friday.

 

(9/9) Congratulations to the Haslett Girls JV and Varsity golf teams.  They traveled to the Emerald golf course in St. Johns and the Varsity Golfers won their third consecutive jamboree. The JV girls made a strong showing and posted some low scores with Haley Clark and Reagan Cambell finishing in the top 10. On the Varsity team, Sydney Dausman was the medalist. Mina Yoo, Richa Shah and Molly Fortier also finished in the top 10. Great job Vikings

 

 

 

 

 

(9/8)  There will be a Be Nice meeting in Mrs. Vessel's room, room 223, after school today from 2:30-3.  We would love to have anyone interested in joining attend this meeting!!

 

(9/8) Buenos Dias! Spanish Club is meeting in room 610, Ms. Wawros’s room on Friday 9/9, (tomorrow) at 7:15 am.  Please join us to learn about the opportunities we have for fun and learning this year. All grades are welcome.  Gracias!

(9/9)  Attention students interested in Quiz Bowl. We are a competitive academic team. We compete against area schools in quiz-based competitions in all areas of knowledge. If you are interested in joining or just trying it out, please plan to join us in Ms. Dykman's room 608 on Monday, September 19 at 2:30 for an informational meeting. See Ms. Dykman or Keegan Leeman with questions.

Sydney Dausman finished in second place overall and Mina Yoo finished in the top 10.
