Murphy Student Council

Murphy Student Council students serve the school and wider community each year. The two activities Student Council provides to students is popcorn Fridays and School Store. Members participate in meetings every other week to plan for events and prepare to work in the school store. Student Council members also help staff to celebrate School Counselors Week, Administrative Assistant Day, and Teacher Appreciation Week.  The Murphy Student Council helps to serve the wider community by sponsoring two important events each year. Murphy Student Council does a food  drive in April to benefit the local Haslett Food Bank. Each year, in May, Student Council does an item drive to benefit Michigan Service Men and Women in the armed forces. Items such as Kleenex, snacks, batteries, and socks are sent in care packages to those serving our country. Thank you Murphy Student Council for all you do!
