GOAL Project

Middle School students line up for healthy food.

The MSU GOAL Project is an after school program focused on fostering healthy nutrition, exercise, and wellness habits in teens.  The program is currently taking place twice a week in school districts all over the Lansing area.  Haslett Middle School students are learning about cooking, recipes, nutrition, and exercise science.  They spend half their time in a "kitchen" setting and the other half in the gym engaged in various physical activities.  The students are having fun while learning important life skills!
