Schools of Choice Acceptance Form

  • Haslett Public Schools will send Schools of Choice acceptance letters to parents/guardians the week of June 21, 2021.  If your student was accepted to attend Haslett Public Schools, please complete the Schools of Choice Acceptance Form to confirm your student's placement in the district. 

Schools of Choice Open Enrollment

  • The 2021-22 Schools of Choice open enrollment period for Haslett Public Schools will open on Monday, May 3, 2021 and will close on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.

    The Haslett Public Schools participates in Schools of Choice 105 and 105(c). NOTE: Any special education student that applies for Schools of Choice who lives outside the Ingham Intermediate School District Boundaries (a Section 105c student), must have an agreement in place between the Haslett District and the student’s resident district as to which district will pay for the child’s special education programs and services. Without that written agreement, the special education student cannot enroll in the Haslett Public Schools. Under Section 105(c), should a student become eligible for special education services, our district has an obligation to reach said agreement. If said agreement is not reached, your student will be asked to return to his or her resident district.
