Welcome to my 8th grade English Language Arts class.

I love teaching here in Haslett Middle School. I started teaching here in 2006. Prior to being a Haslett Viking, I taught in Corona, CA and at Windemere Park Charter Academy in Lansing. 

I earned a bachelors degree in English at Michigan State University and a masters degree in educational technology at Azusa Pacific University. 

I love teaching, but I also enjoy other hobbies like spending time with my wife and three kids. Reading books, watching TV, playing basketball and golf, taking naps on the couch, and going to baseball games are some of my other favorite ways to spend my time.
