Dear Kindergarten Families,

Hello and Welcome to Kindergarten and the Cat in the Hat Room! Looking forward to an amazing year in Kindergarten! To tell you a little about myself, I grew up in Lansing, Michigan and attended Waverly High School.  I graduated from Central Michigan University with my bachelor’s degree in Child Development with an Early Childhood Endorsement.  I completed my Master’s in Education and Technology at Central Michigan University (GO CHIPS!!!!)

I taught preschool with the Great Start Readiness Program for two years before moving to Kindergarten. I will be starting my 8th year at Wilkshire!  Wilkshire is a truly amazing place and I am so humbled to work with such an amazing group of educators! 

My husband, Steve and I have two children, Adam and Ava. I love spending time with my family and friends! Some of our favorite things to do together is being outside, playing sports (especially soccer) and going on adventures and exploring new places. I also LOVE to dance and sing!
