Program Evaluation
Elementary Level – all students in grades 4 and 5 pre-test prior to instruction and post-test at completion of instruction.
Middle Level – students in grades 6 and 8 are pre-tested. Results of the pre-test determine the content to be emphasized during the exploratory class. Students are assessed at the completion of the unit to determine competency in curriculum.
High School Level – students must past a health assessment in order to receive endorsement and fulfill graduation requirements; successful completion of grade 9 biology is also a graduation requirement.
