Hi! My name is Nikki Freedberg and I am a Reading and Math Interventionist and Literacy Coach at Wilkshire. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University in Child Development and my Master’s degree at Western Michigan University in Literacy Studies. I hold certifications as both an elementary teacher and a reading specialist. This is my first year as a reading and math interventionist. I also collaborate and coach the teachers at Wilkshire in the area of literacy. Prior to this, I was a first grade teacher for 13 years. I have also taught kindergarten, second, and third grades.

My husband Sean and I have two active, sweet, funny boys. Finn is a 4th grader at Ralya and Fletcher is a 1st grader at Wilkshire. As a family, we love doing outdoorsy things like camping, biking, and hiking!  I also love to bake, read, cross stitch, and spend time with my family and friends.
