Open Enrollment Information
Open Enrollment is November 1-15, 2022. The effective date of change is January 1, 2023
Open Enrollment will close at the end of the day on Tuesday, November 15, 2022
Forms for Flex Spending must be in the Administration Building by the end of the day on November 16, 2022
MESSA Online Enrollment: Enroll at www.messa.org
MESSA will be on-site Wednesday, November 9 from 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. in the Administration building to answer questions about insurance and for assistance with enrolling.

If you are not changing any of your elections during open enrollment, you do not need to login to MESSA. You will default to the elections you currently have. If you are keeping your HSA contribution the same, you also do not need to complete another form.
Note: Rates are for Full Time 30+ hour employees. some restrictions apply. Please refer to your Master Agreement for eligibility and specific requirements. Due to the 100% participation underwriting guidelines, employees are required to take the LTD, life, dental, and vision if it's offered. If you are a part-time employee and would like to know what your rate will be, please contact me!
Medical & Dependent Care (Flex Spending Accounts):
To enroll, you need to complete the appropriate section of the Flex Enrollment form attached below. You can only enroll in Medical FSA if you are NOT enrolling in an HSA medical plan with MESSA (Plan 1 or 2)
The completed flex spending forms should be printed and returned to the Administration Building so that they arrive no later than the end of business 11/16/2022.
