Welcome to Art Class! 

Welcome to Art class! I'm so happy to be teaching and learning with the wonderful students at Wilkshire Early Childhood Center. This is my 27th year of teaching and my sixth year with Haslett public schools.

All students will attend art class in the art studio. During their time with me, artists will learn about famous artists through art history, explore materials that artists use, and learn about the seven elements of art and create masterpieces that reflect these elements. 

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my husband, son, and two daughters. I love to read, write, be outside, and create all kinds of art. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year.
