Hello Second Grade Families! 

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! I'm thrilled to be your child's second-grade teacher. My name is Kristine Megge, and I'm excited to embark on this educational journey with all of you.

I ♥ teaching Second Grade! Being a teacher gives me the opportunity to fulfill one of my greatest joys - working with and interacting with children. We are going to have an adventurous year filled with learning, growth, teamwork, and lots of fun!

I studied at Central Michigan University for my undergraduate and graduate degrees. Fire Up Chips! I am also a fellow of the Red Cedar Writing Project, which is Michigan State University’s site of the National Writing Project. Go Green!

I truly appreciate your support throughout the year, and I consider myself fortunate to be a part of the wonderful Haslett community. Remember that I am always here for you, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
