I am one of the Speech and Language Pathologists who provide services to "eligible" students in Haslett Public Schools. Eligibility is determined through formal evaluation by a Speech-Language Pathologist. Services are provided for many communication impairments that impact success in the academic environment. The following impairments may qualify a student for services: Language Impairment (phonological, morphological, syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic - use of aural/oral language), Articulation Impairment, Voice Impairment and Fluency Impairment.
I am a mother of a son and a daughter. When I am not at school I like to hike, swim, watch movies and watch MSU sports...Go Spartans! I also like to spend time with my family, I come from a family of 7 children!!
I am currently a Speech and Language Pathologist in Haslett Public Schools. I have been working in the schools for 11 years. I also work at Sparrow Hospital (30 years) as an audiologist and speech/language pathologist with the adult and pediatric population. I have experience in the clinical setting as well. I am a licensed and certified Speech/Language Pathologist and Audiologist. In addition, I maintain a professional teaching certificate.
